"Every holiday season no matter how many tourists who visit Giriloyo still welcome a local batik craftsmen," he said.
He said to anticipate the number of tourists visiting the center of batik Giriloyo, the institute offers a tour package in the form of recreation around the hamlet and learning batik crafters with local instructors.
"Besides, we also prepare a traditional dish of food and drink that is peculiar Imogiri wedang uwuh and pecel turi flowers. With this dish, it is hoped visitors can enjoy a typical rural atmosphere Giriloyo," he said.
To support the marketing batik Giriloyo it hoped many promotional activities to include artisans in each exhibition, both at the national level as well as DIY.
In addition, he said, by holding his own exhibition in the gazebo Giriloyo batik handicraft centers are also expected to introduce directly the local batik production.
"We will cooperate with Yogyakarta Business Development Center for an exhibition at the gazebo batik batik handicraft center Giriloyo once every three months," he said.
